They will sell you whatever it is for vehicles that don't exist, vehicles with a carb, etc. Unpossible and SCAM.

Last time I saw that site they would sell you a chip for an air cooled 1972 VW Beetle, a 1983 Diesel VW Rabbit, and many other cars that would be impossible to put in a "chip" . Even for your Chevy VOLT:
