they are APC, go to NOPI and they are the third ones down under 2002 taillamp assemblies, they go for 244.20. but i agree with the people above, i have a coupe and love my stock tails. so what do i win for naming the light and telling u where to get them?

You have won a can of diddley squat.
I was just curious about who made the lights. I have an extra pair of tails and don't know what to do with them. Any suggestions in what modification would make the sedan tail a bit nicer ? Or should I just leave it alone? I likes the layout of those other light okay. Thought about taking the lens cover off and paint the background black then put them back together. Thanks for the help.

Those lights actually look pretty nice. I got a coupe, and to be honest, I don't really like the stock tails. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE my car and I enjoy having unique tail lights, but a horshoe just doesn't do it for me. But, then again, I don't like altezza lights, so I guess stock is still the best choice...
I have them on my NBP sedan, they're awesome. Only thing was the bulbs were a pain in the *** to install, because the fit was a little off.
And they're made by APC, NOT TYC.
As far as what you can do to dress up the rear of a sedan, tail lights, exhaust, and maybe a wing are about it. You could get a different honda badge - maybe even one that glows (boo) - or you could shave the emblems (ie. "CIVIC" and "DX/LX/EX"). Maybe a different license plate frame, or if you've got some cash get a rear lip or even body kit. As far as I know, that's about it - unless someone wants to add anything ...
Edit: P.S. that Neon is the ugliest fúckin thing I've ever seen

Here is the thread again... look at sovereign's post
That car in question has been proven a Kia Spectra.

= EQUALS =

And although Neons may be ugly, this is not:

220 stock hp is not ugly. a little intimidating, but definitely not ugly
