luminar tint?
well i just came back from my tint place, to get this get my tint fixed cause there was a dead fly under neath. well anyways the tint guy was saying yeah ur tint is turning into purple. i didnt really notice but it was turning into a dark shade of purple. i got my tint job about a year ago.
these guys changed from luminar to quantum tints. well anyways.
i remember when i got my tint on that the old tint guy said that the luminar has a life time warrenty against fading and discoloring.
i tried looking up for that warrenty but i couldnt find any. can someone help?

I've heard that if you use Windex to clean tinted windows, it causes the purplish color and fading. Its the Amonia or something. I've always just used soap and water to clean it.
I have the same type of tint and yes it does have a lifetime warranty against it. I still have that warranty card that they give u for it. It says to just take it back to the place u got it done and show them ur receipt and the warratnty card..they should replace it for ya

Rep Power: 360 i would have done that but the thing is that they moved locations and changed the tint from luminar to quantum.
im just asking for a phone number i can reach or some main website of luminar.

I have luminar window tint, but I guess I haven't had mine long enought for it to turn purple yet, I clean it with window wipes, hopefully nothing will happen. Good luck.

Rep Power: 0 can u find the receipt for your tint?? It tells everything about my warranty on my receipt. I keep a folder full of all the invoices and stuff from where I've done everything for my car. Easy to look up stuff like this that way.
