Shipping hood......please help!!!

NytRyder2k2 is hooking me up with a VIS carbon fiber hood. But we have run into a small problem. He took the hood to UPS to have them ship it but they refused to ship it because they say the hood is too big and the box is too fragile that they don't want to risk screwing it up in shipping.

He is going to talk to Fedex on monday about getting the hood shipped.

But if they refuse then I don't know what to do. Are there any other parcel services out there that we could try?

Does anyone have any suggestions?

there are freight services, or shipping companies that ship big packages, you just have to look around, you can find some on the internet...

Tell Jeff to go to a rice shop and ask them to ship it for him. Someone like importfan.com might do it for him... or tell him to talk to me.

YOu can ship it out freight which will probably run you about $125+. Most private owned shipping places can ship stuff via truck so just find one.

I used DHL to have my bodykit shipped. It was about $150 from CA to NJ and it came in ONE DAY! It was in 2 boxes and they did a great job. Give them a call if you can.

Talk to Fedex. They are really helpful and also have ground freight service.
