Exclamation Problems with GReddy Evo exhaust cat back system!

I have '02 civic si coupe. I bought & installed a GReddy Evo catback exhaust system. First day i was happy with it! Second day i started to have problems with it. Everytime after exhaust warms
up or when i'm driving 50km+ it starts to hit da main frame (first bend after cat). So i went back to where i bought it. They said they'll call greddy. Greddy said they'll warranty it but i have to pay shipping & handling which is BS! When da second exhaust came i got the authorized dealer to install it! Same thing happens!!! Now i want getting pissed! I call greddy to inform them about da problem! Guess what! They tried to blamed me. They said i my vehicle's been in an acident,my civic is a canadian model & my civic's lowered!! But i haven't been in any acidents, my civic was bone stock at that time & not lowered!!!! They weren't gonna warranty da exhaust for da second time! I did some research i found out i was not da only 1 having this problem! So i call greddy back & they were so rude guy name Mat hung up da phone while i was talking to him!! I called them back again & said if u don't fix this problem or give me back all my $$$ I WILL SUE!!! Next day they called me back & said we'll give u all ur $$$ back!!
SO THAT WAS MY EXPERIANCE WITH GREDDY! I AM NEVER EVER GOING TO BUY ANY GREDDY PRODUCTS!! I DON'T TRUST THEM & THEY'RE WARRANTY REPS ARE VERY RUDE & UNHELPFUL!!!
Anyone else have da same problem?

Man, that amazing. I have never had a problem with my GReddy EVO or even with GReddy. Every time I talked to them, there were very helpful and informative. Did you install it yourself or did you have it installed? Sorry to hear that man.

thanks for the pm initial D. I've had my exhaust now for over 6 months and I still have the rattle problem when I drive through puddles of water or snow. A lot of people also have this problem and underneath the shifter and passenger seat it bogs. People say it's the b pipe but I'm not sure. I love my exhaust and I'm gonna try to fix this problem and I'll keep everyone informed. Sorry initial d about the greddy problems, try getting a tanabe exhaust next.

All you have is the exhaust? No headers? If all you have is the exhaust, tell me if you felt any increase of horsepower, cause I heard Greddy was just sound.

I feel a little more kick in acceleration but not much. Hoping HP Header w/ Hi-flow Cat. will improve it.

You are running a Kamikaze header w/out a cat connected to what exhaust?

Does it connect right up to the exhaust or did you have custom piping done?

So many questions about this.

Go Tanabe....Nice kit......My friend who is a mechanic for the past 10 years or so said that the Tanabe was the best constructed exhaust he has seen ever....He has done tons of local hot rods and imports.....

As far as GreenNVicious runnin w/ no cat.....your ruining your exhaust hard core.....the unburned gas must just be eating away at it.....not a smart move.....

<< Yep, runnin that way. No kitty for me. >>

You mean you like the sound of backfiring? =\ i don't thats why i got a hi-flow kitty comin ina few days. APC Headers straight through to a APC Muffler (the one EVERYONE has), sounds awesome like it is and gives me a good increase in power. i'll go to the track wed like it is to see my time then next week after the hi-flow cat gets installed i go again to see the difference..

I have this problem to where the first bend after the cat rattles against the frame. If you go under the car at that bend you have about 1/2 inch in between the pipe and the frame. Mine usually only rattles at high RPMS and anytime I get over 80 mph.

I have a vibration when its raining or snowing SOMETIMES. It is obviously vibrating on something when this happens and it obviously has something to do with the moisture, cause in normal conditions and in some wet conditions the exhaust system functions PERFECTLY.

I also have a dc 4-1 header with my greddy, not sure if the header is causing the sound or is it the exhaust. People have said the bogging noise is the result of the stock b pipe. Not really sure, has anyone found or repaired this rattling issue?

I had the same problem when going through puddles, but since I got the Hp racing header with cat, I haven't had that rattle noise
