yea, you can buy the pray and have your tails look like crap. I guess you havent heard about my whole smoked tail light thing.
I have tried just about every way to smoke the tails on cars, and i think i have found the best way. I use a clearcoat, and a dye mix, and use a srap gun to apply. It provides the best finish (very glossy), and omits the most amount of light. You can see the tails light up even with direct sunlight on them.
You can find pics of my tails in the members rides forum section.
I can smoke your tails if you want me to.
Let me know

i know its expensive...thats what everyone it telling me, but this isnt just stuff in a can that i spread on with a knife. This is a high quality clear coat with colored dye that i use a high preasure spray gun to apply. Materials alone cost from $40-$50 for me, then my buddy charges to $10 to spray them for me, so then i get about $10 out of the deal. I am not making a lot of money off of you guys, thats not the point for me...its getting your tails to look awsome, and just the way that you want. I cant go darker, lighter, i can even do different colors if you really wanted. It is completely custom how you want it. I guarentee that you will get more light out of my smoked tails, than anything else...i have tried. So if you want the K-mart look, i understand...cause its not cheap....but if you want the high quality, long lasting, glossy finish smoked tails...drop me a PM

Hey NoBottlejustthrottle, I really want this done if you can color match the tails to a SSM civic, instead of smoking them. If you can I will send these out.

well...lets put it this way on the length of time it lasts...my friend did his tails on his WRX over a year ago...and his still have the glossy finish.
Its a cloear coat that i am applying...so, keep it up with wax and stuff, and this should last as long as the clear coat on your car

i reded out my reverse light. i used this paint from a hobby shop, it was a red transparent spray. It worked pretty well, and the reverse light is as bright as the brake light.
ill get the name of the brand tomorrow, im too lazy to walk to the garage to check right now hehe. sorry.
maybe getting the same spray i used, except black might work. it was about 4 bucks for a small can.

I dont deal with the shipping charges at all. That is all up to you, so if you want them back real fast you need to pay for that. If i payed for shipping, i would make no money off of this deal...infact i might even lose money on it, seeing how i only make $10 on this anyways.
That read out looks good dude...but come talk to me when it fades, and comes off. Anything that costs $4 that was made for a car isnt going to last. you cant even get those cheap lookin Tire flys or whatever they are...you know those lights that go on your tires for that much. Im not puttin your job down...its all good if it work for you thats kewl...I love your car, i think its awsome lookin, but the quality just isnt going to be the same as with mine.

Thats some pretty cool stuff... I'd get mine blacked out with a Honda "H" sign on them thats still red. I would get you to do this, but I don't think its worth the hassle of me getting pulled over for fixit tickets or whatever. But technically, if I still have a portion of the light (the "H" sign) thats showing, then I can say thats my reflector b/c its not all blacked out...

my tails are still very reflective even with the tint on them. But if you think you are gonna get pulled, then i cant change your mind.
I know that i have driven even in the bad parts of the area, like San Jose, and Milpitas, and have had cops right on my ***, and no problem...but its all good.
