You can not actually anodize aluminum, but you can buy a spray paint can called metalcast which looks like anodized colour. It is applied over a metallic finish.

You can anodize aluminium.
I don't know that you can do it yourself, it's pretty involved. I would find a place that can do it for you. You need acid and electricity, dies, and it all has to be done pretty precisely. I would just find a place to do it.
