You're all wrong. The HKS is definitely the quietest. Its not a cat-back, its an axle-back but it doesn't make a difference as far as gains (because none of them really get any), and its cheaper. Just listen to all the clips in the clips section and you'll see. Just make sure you're listening to the clips with just the HKS and not the clips with the HKS and new resonator.

neuspeed one is too.

apexi ws runs for $400 ish. shouldn't be more than 420.

I wanted to get one... but even though thats cheap in terms of cat-backs, I still can't justify spending $400 on something with no gains and no sound. LOL.

I'd just get a muffler and have a shop axel back it for me.

My Neuspeed exhaust is pretty quiet. It's by no means stock, but all of the sound it generates is low, there's none of that high pitched noise some systems make.

Does anyone make one that's a quiet exhaust and doesn't rattle or drag on speed bumps?

HKS: mines quiet, doesn't rattle, and has yet to scrape on anything.

Kewl. HKS is one of the few that I would consider. I guess that one and the world class.

I have the magnaflow catback, and it is pretty quiet until you hit those higher RPM's.

I also have the hks axle back. It's almost as quiet as stock except a little deeper sound. After 4.5K rpm's(vtec engaged), the exhaust note is more aggressive.
