I have a DC header and it is bigger, plus check the bore in the DC, you'll see a huge difference.
Add a high flow downpipe, a racing cat, a DC TCS cat back with a CAI and you're off to the races.

I went with DC shorty header because of emissions but its a great header and i noticed a power gain right away but once i had me exhaust and AEM CAI on at the same time i really noticed a difference in power and torque.
It's not about just piping diameter, but how efficiently the gasses are removed from the cylinders (like how 3"+ piping is ridiculous for our cars without a turbo!). THe DC header is definitly well designed. THe HP racing scores over it, as it doesn't have to comply w/ emmisions (i.e. they can have a full length header & relocate the cat) Let's see someone come out w/ a shorty header that makes more than the DC, w/ the same cost & quality!!
2k1RiCeBuRnEr, i think you should be able to use the header designed for the EX, cause we do have the same blocks. You may want to do a visual inspection, just to confirm. Also the install for the HP Racing header is more involved..
