You can either use dental floss to slice through the glue behind the letters and then use Goo-Gone.

Or I did mine by wrapping a flathead screwdriver with a handtowel and carefully prying at the letters. Then I used WD40 to get the rest ofthe sticky stuff off.

same here. I used fishing line and flossed from the bottom up (pulled the string side to side). I got to about midway and got tired so I tried the screw driver bit. when I wedged the bottom and started pulling upwards, I didn't notice that the top of the letters were pushing into the paint. The letters came off easy, but now I have a hairline indentation. Luckily it didn't crack the paint or scrape it.

well mine was on the ex part, after i did this i took it to the car wash, started washing it, and a chunk of paint came off where the ex was, about 1x1 chip, i was pissed at my self, but the dealership painted it for free, but i told them i removed thr ex months ago, and washed it about 10 times since, so i felt good i bent over the dealership

I just sprayed mine off at the carwash. Took about 30 seconds with the nozzle pointing right under the emblem & if just flew off. then I goo goned it & waxed it.

BTW it was the dealer emblem, not the EX or CIVIC tag, those might be harder.

I just did mine about 20 minutes ago. Take a piece of string and go under it. It's kinda a pain in the *** to take the stickey stuff off after though. Just use lotsa goo gone and wash it off after.

It looks much cleaner without the emblems.

if your too cheap to buy goo-gone (like me) and u dont have a wd40, i used gasoline to remove the sticky stuff. dont worry, it wont harm your paint. just be sure to wash and wax that spot when your done

Maybe there was an accident in your car before you got it and they just replaced the bumper without putting a new emblem on.

Use a heat gun or hair dryer, works soo much better, it loosens the glue so you can peel it right off, that is what I did, worked really well, but you still will need some goo-gone though.
