Question for those with aftermarket seats

I am thinking of ditching the factory seats and getting some Tenzo R's or APC aftermarket seats. I have a few querstions:

1. What is the height under the seat? I have an amp mounted under my passenger seat right now, and it fits just perfect. If I put in aftermarket seats, how much room can I expect?

2. Anyone have the APC seats? They look cool, but not sure about the fit. The Tenzo's seem to fit larger people (I'm 6'4", 38" waist), and also look cool. Not sure about the brackets though.

3. Do both of them recline? What about flip forward (so that people can get in the back)?

4. What's the quality of each? They both look good for the cost.....

Can anyone answer my questions?

Sorry - my mind was thinking one thing and typing another, I was thinking of Sparco. BUT, they are too expensive for my budget.

Another question: What about the SRS sensor?

I saw a post also about E*Speed Racing seats - anyone know their quality? I can get a set for about $400 + shipping (minus brackets).....
