Question Strut bars and AEM CAI?

Anyone know if any of these front upper strut bars will work with a AEM CAI. Let me know. Thanks

Oh ok gotcha. Yeah tell me about it. Makes it so f**king hard to find one that fits with the CAI's, especially when you're going for a cheaper less known model instead of the overpriced name brand crap.

I have the K&N FIPK and am in the same situation as you. The only bar that will fit is the neuspeed one.

FlyRiceRacer02, I was told in a previous thread that only the Neupseed would fit with the AEM and FIPK intakes, but now you mentioned the DC Sports one. Is it possible with the FIPK?

the regular strut bars will fit. heres pics. just need to angle it about 1/2 foward and mabie move the resivior on the left strut tower over a bit(so ez) it will clear by about 1/2 and inch.

took me 45 min to install SRI and strut bar... and i was being lazy heres pics.

relocated to here with zip tie...

ps you will notice a difference with the strut bar on.. . seems to help understeer.

pss... notice the piece of red 3m tape on the SRI. its just to keep the bar from hitting the SRI when engine surges back and forth.

I did the same thing with my strut bar, and CAI, but the strut bar kepted on hitting the intake, so i wrapped a shop rag around the strut bar, stopped the noise of it hitting, but it looked totaly rigged, so i switched to a obx sri, it works great
