HP Header from Civicstore.com

I've searched through all the old posts and I've gathered enough information to choose a header. I have Magnaflow Cat-Back Exhaust and a 02 Ex. If I have anything wrong then please let me know. I've decided on the HP Header from theCivicstore.com (click) and I wanna make sure I got the facts right...

1.) This is the setup that will make my car illegal and wont pass emissions.
2.) This is the setup that comes with the downpipe/hi-flow cat to get the best gains.
3.) In order for it to fit a little bit of the motor mount has to be shaved.
4.) This is the best for our cars.

All help is greatyly appreciated.

i have this setup on my LX ...
i didnt have to shave the motor mount at all
but i did have to shave the black part that holds onto the mount
(when you get there, you will see what i mean)
all i did was loosen the mount a little and jack the engine up maybe 1/4 in
to get the header in there.
make sure you have or get a donut gasket for inbetween the header and the cat

i checked out those headers and it comes with a hi flow cat....umm i am plannin on getting a cat back exhaust system...so will the cat back come with a hi flow cat? and if it does will that mean that i won't need the hi flow cat that comes with the HP headers????
