Goodnight. You're probably too busy writing high level tech articles to be playing games with me.

Actually I was too busy picking my nose. I find digging for gold is more important and pressing then putting you in your place... yet again.

Jackass, you ASKED why people would believe me. There’s your answer.

All my tech reports are on file with the company and not public knowledge. I get paid to do ther research and write the reports. Do you get paid for yours?
Actually, yes. I do most of my internet dealings while I’m at work. I still get paid hourly, not salary, so indeed, I was getting paid (and well) to write that, and this.

Ehhh? What thread are you reading? I made a statement involving FACT (not even mentioning YOU or anything you posted). You apparently had a problem with it, and bitched. Consequently you got put in your place. Even your lame attempts at cutting me down with personal attacks were replied to and dealt with in a logical, factual manner. Am I missing something here?

Just don't be coming around where I am, calling people morons, and you'll be ok.
Don’t you mean, If I hadn’t spoken up here in your little corner, you wouldn’t have gotten all butt hurt over the fact that people now know you have no clue WTF you are talking about?

The fact that you don’t quit even in the face of overwhelming fact and logic? Yes, I’ve come to that conclusion. You should be the new Iraqi Press Secretary. I’m sure that position will become available shortly.

Then again, you are from Alabama... so none of this really surprises me anyway.

Also, the topic may have been about NGKs and Densos, but it doesnt matter if you are talking about plugs the Pope made out of his gold tooth and fecal matter, the SAME RULES APPLY. That is to say, its a god damn waste of money with no performance gains what so ever.

anyways - i got the NGK Lazer Platinums and i believe they were 9.99 each, but i think the lady messed up cause she only charged me like 12somthing, cause i got the socket too. either way tho, i guess im glad i got the NGKs cause i guess they are about the same. and it was fun to change em, even if it was just sparkplugs
Thats all well and good. you SHOULD enjoy working on your car. Just rmember that youd get the same enjoyment out of installing a 50 cent pep boys spring special as you would a 25 dollar Spoon plug.

Honda Guru,
Read this article from Import Tuner!!!! There are other places you can do your research before you talk..

Dr5D,
Go for it.. these are the best plugs you can get & they will make a difference (however small it may be) These plugs may be $12/ plug, but they are almost as effective as the $400 Plasma ignition coils.. & give you great bang/ buck

Never said it wasn't. Never claimed to be a fargin's spark plug expert. If you want to know stuff read the liinks. Some guy linked right above where you asked your question.

Would you feel more informed if I first called everyone who ever bought expensive plugs a moron, then went on to post a library of articles that I claimed to write?

I went with the NGK's, no problems or complaints. Saved a couple of bucks for IN&OUT later.

This site is informative and yet entertaining.

The dumb is strong in this one.

Do you seriously believe every ricer rag article you read? They get their money from the people who ADVERTIZE IN THEM. Do you seriously think they are going to tell you that one of their largest monetary contributor’s product is a waste of money? HELL NO. Then again these are the same people who claim that “grounding kits” free up horse power… (coughscamcough)
On top of that you linked an article written by a ricer mag and posted on the internet by a company that SELLS THE FRIGGING PRODUCT. Oh that’s not unbiased at ALL. The fact is you spent a small fortune (relatively speaking) on SPRAK PLUGS of all things and now have a hard on about defending your MORONIC decision (yes I’m referring to one person here). Get a clue, you don’t know jack and your "article" is far from bolstering your point. In fact its source makes it even less so. Would you like to try again or just quit now?

The plain fact is this. Either a SPARK PLUG DOES ITS JOB COMPLETLY OR IT DOESNT DO IT AT ALL. I don’t care WTF it’s made of. Then again the fact that MORONS are spending extra cash on stuff that neither helps or that they need makes me laugh. Thank you, I needed that.

I must in all due respect defer to the one who has named himself "Guru". I'm sure he has many many more years of driving experience and auto mechanic type experience than I could ever hope to have. I don't know why a mere moron such as I would even have thought to question such great wisdom, even though in a weaker moment I did. Thanks to his great wisdom I am going take my Denso spark plugs and throw them away. I will replace them with some copper coated paper clips and pieces of ceramic and playdough that I have assembled to fit in the wells. After all, less resistance is the best resistance.

FWIW and for those who have any belief in my opinion...

Joe is right. Your stock platinum plugs are just as good as about 99% of the aftermarket plugs out there. Unless you are running VERY high HP applications, there is no reason to switch.

Spark plugs do not increase horsepower.
Spark plugs do not increase mileage.

If you spend more than $40 on a set of spark plugs you are a moron.

So by being called a moron you avoid listening to any of the proof those people put forth? Interesting.
Basically all you have is marketing info from Denso and your buttdyno of a smoother idle after replacing the previous unknown qualilty sparkplugs, and your arguments amount to you trying to act really cool and composed while hurling sarcastic insults back at people peppered with smiley guys.
What's sad is that you are happy throwing money away. I guess it's no wonder you have a slow POS. If you put $43 towards something other than BS sparkplugs or paying to watch a dog ****, you might have something worthwhile. Instead you want to ignore anything that doesn't give you a pat on the back for doing what you do and try your damnedest that nobody else gets the chance to see it in between your mountain of weak sarcasm.
You're not a sparkplug genius? Wow, neither are alot of people. The difference between people like you and intelligent people is that intelligent people look at evidence from both sides, while folks like yourself plug their ears and clutch whatever makes them feel better about their uninformed decision.
Obviously you are happy blowing money on stuff that doesn't matter. That's great. Yes, you are a moron. Morons like you line the pockets of **** peddlers. What you don't seem to grasp is there are other people on this site other than your almighty self. It would be nice if you could suck up your massive ego and shut up for a while so maybe people could present evidence why fancy plugs are a waste of money without you constantly hovering over the post to insert quippy little bits of ignorance. Some folks haven't dropped $50 on crap and convinced themselves it was worth it. We have your input: you would pay $43 for anything and you think it idles smoother. Thanks.
Don't know why I bother. You'll certainly continue posting every minute or two with some inane comment to make sure the focus stays on how smart your insults are as opposed to talking about fancy spark plugs.
