I think you will be fine in TN. I am not sure about its carb legality, but if you live in a state that doesn't care, then go for it.

Rep Power: 424 Isn't CARB the California Air Resources Board or something??? So if you don't live in Cali it doesn't mean a thing? The only thing you may have to check is it passes the noise limits, which I think is 95dB max and I'm pretty sure it passes.

Rep Power: 0 CARB emission ratings are 1 if not the strictest in the united states, therefore if it passes in cali, it will automaticly pass here in tn. although im not sure if a cat-back is going to increase the emmission of your veicle at all, i think force induction does that trick.
