a legal one or? any muffler shop should be able to hook you up.. pricing will definitely vary.

I do believe the random technology highflow cat which bolts straight onto ex.. (comes with the welded downpipe)... is on sale... its at like $220 or something.

not a bad price really for a working cat convertor.
