Rep Power: 0 Yeah...I'm sure it would restrict some airflow, but it would be good for people with CAIs that are concerned about water...

i have the k&n drycharger on my cai and its supposed to keep the filter clean and repel water. im sure if you run into a major puddle you should be careful...otherwise u should be alright

basically, it's good for detering water splashing on the filter
