muffler question (I searched)
was wondering, I have a 02 EX coupe, CAI and the rest os stock, if I add a universal muffler to my stock piping, will I have a decent sound at any rpm? Like when idle will it be a deep tone?....... thank you for your time guys!

Goin ghetto style on your civic huh? Buy the full Tanabe R-Spec catback. It has a very deep tone and great idle sound. You won't be disappointed.

about $480 shipped. It gives our cars the best gains of any exhaust on the market and sounds great. Can't go wrong with Japanese manufacturer.

tru tru tru, im gettin kidna hype abou tit...hahahah I want to see pictures of it...does it come with everyhitng I need?....muffler and all...is it single tipped or what?...I am so hype for some reason....I want it NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWw
If you weren't looking for an entire cat-back, you might consider just a bolt-on rear section muffler like the HKS Hi-Power. With the stock resonator, it has a nice deep tone at idle - but only with the windows open, otherwise you hardly notice it. Although its around $300 so the Tanabe is probably a better buy. There is also another rear section I've seen, the Mozart, and I don't know much about it but its cheaper than the HKS.

well I have a Tanabe Rspec and i love ti i have a pic of it installed in my members ride. The cat back is exactally what it sounds like it comes with the muffler and piping all the way back till it reaches the cat. converter. An axle back is basically the same thing on it doesnt reach all the way to the cat. converter but all the way to your rear axle. If i were you i would spend the money and grab the Tanabe Rspec and join the happy family. EVERYONE that has bought it has been completely happy with it. I love the look, sound, porfermance gians in both HP and Torque. Its well worth the money
