great hood!!!! i also use hood pin. i would recommend it too! thers been like 2 times i was driving and i started hearing a wierd sound from the engine bay or front of the car and i thought i had a problem...... so i stopped and looked and the hood came un-latched and if the hood pins were not on i would have lost my hood....... hood pin are a must with any carbon fiber hood....... safty reasons.

It doenst seem like this one does. Like alot of the places where you would wire mesh on body kits its pretty much a custom thing. This hood looks really sweet and is definately on my top 3. I wonder if anyone's seen the BMW style hood they have at Fiberimages??

i used to have a hood very similar to that. drove in the rain with my SRI just fine. if you're really that worried, just buy a CAI bypass valve. anyways, definatly get hood pins. if mine wern't there i know my hood would have been gone. i had to tighten the pins a couple times because the hood kept wabbling when i was on the freeway.
