Help On Tanabe Racing Medallion
Hey peeps....I have had some major problems with getting ahold of a Tanabe for my 2001 Civic DX. At first I ordered one from first-1.com since they had that overstock sale but now they've been telling me for 3 weeks that my order is on back order and that they may not even get the damn things in. So now I've been looking around elsewhere in the meantime but everywhere I've looked, companies only seem to sell them for the EX models and there does seem to be 2 seperate Tanabe models made for our cars. So now I wonder if the EX is actually universal and if anyone of ya have the EX model for your DX car (if any of you even have a DX)?? Otherwise I know there are some diehard Tanabe fans among you guys so I hope you guys can help me out with this.....maybe let me know if you've seen this system for my car on any other site...perferably for the $480 that the others have sold it for....thanx

The Tanabe EX is not universal.
Contact these people. I got my Tanabe from them.

Rep Power: 375 Unfortunatly the Tanabe doesnt have a universal Rspec exhaust but you can contact Mackin industries (they shiop the Tanabe products directly from Japan and they might be ble to assist you in finding distributors for your specific exhaust.

Rep Power: 0 Haha yeah skip the deftones rule....I'm like a fanatic when it comes to them..met em all and everything. Fireal is my liscense plate name and I also Deftones across my back windshield....Gota represent. Anyway, thanks for the info on the Tanabe guys....I'm having one hell of a time just getting one.
