they have them on eBay for $140...do i need an o2 sim, what does it do? and why would i need it ? someone please explain

First of all, don't yell at the moderator.....its not nice......or wise.

Second. I don't think anyone on this site has the Bomz header. So you will just have to buy it an find out for yourself.

Most people who have O2 sims have downpipes, testpipes, racing pipes, etc. If you get a header that's just the top portion, then you shouldn't need one. However, if you install a downpipe, then chances are you're going to have to remove your cat. Without the O2 simulator, you'll get a check engine light. The O2 sim tricks the ECU into thinking that your cat is there and fuctioning properly. If you need more info than that, then a simple search will probably tell you everything you need to know.
