Do they light up that orange/redish color?

How easy are gauges to install? I really don't like messing w/ my car to be quite honest and I don't want to be taking apart the whole dash.

and no the whole cluster (w/ gauges doh) does not fit 01-02. Plugs are different

Maybe someone can get the cluster, try to remove the gauges, and install them in an 01-02

Well, I happen to think the 2001 stock gauges don't look to bad. In my opinion, they're much better than most of what else is out there.

I'm just going to ask another unrelated question here, so I don't start a new thread

These are supposedly from Japan. The seller says they might not work on the US models. Does anyone have any info on that? Or possibly a picture with them on a Civic?

Once again, we ARE talking about the Honda Civic. I have one too of course but I don't lose focus of the fact that I bought the cheapest, most economical car the company makes. If you want quality, buy an M3. If not then deal with the cheap look.

it's actually pretty easy to DIY that. you just have to make sure to get the right kind of paint.

I'd really rather not do it myself. I have a fear of f*****g things up beyond repair.

Oh no trust the DIY on clearing the head lights is very easy to follow, and if you take you time, and don't rush into things, the clearing your head lights is very easy. I didn't want to do it either, cause I tend to mess up on things, but it turned out great.

I think the seller meant to say that they might NOT be LEGAL on the US. No amber lense, no reflector...

Looks like it will bolt right on.

Well those are the gauges I have in my car (I have a 2003), and let me tell you they look awesome, night or day. I've received so many compliments about them, everyone thinks I went out and changed them, and when I tell them its stock they don't believe me. Trust me, they look awesome (much better than the 2001-02). During the day they are backlit too, and at night they actually dim.

The same thing has happened to me (03' LX). That's the first thing people compliment me on when they see my car. They have a chrome ring that goes around the outside that i think looks pretty cool too.
