[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/IMG]...well i was on my way home from work with two of my friends (2000 ex civic...Tanabe cat-back and some other mods.....my friends stock 03 ex and my 02 ex with Greddy Cat back).....all of a sudden we see this cop creeping on us and i told him not to gun it at the light because of the cop...he didn't....we just drove off the light nice and easy....next thing i know the cop cuts me off and pulls my friend over in the 2000 with the tanabe.......now i was thinking he got pulled over because he has some black *** tints.....but it was for the exhaust.......he got a $55 dollar ticked for that sh*t....he showed the cop the 50 state legal certificate that it came with and this pork rind says "O that doesn't matter they just say that so you will buy their product"....what an A$$hole......all he is an intake too....not even a header...so its not even as loud as it can be!.....He left me alone with my Greddy.......so for all you guys who want to know which is louder (as i am sure most of you already know)....now you know....just wanted to share my po po experience with you guys....i told him to appeal by the way!

I know many cops are nice and are just looking out for us, but I don't like the ones that care about little things like this. I always thought Greddy was loud. I've heard it in person and it does stand out.[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/IMG]

yeah my Greddy is loud but not as loud as the Tanabe.....and it wasn't just cause his has a 2k....if you put a Greddy and a Tanabe on our car with no header on either car the Tanabe will be louder

i've had both, and now i have the Tanabe, but it is NOT that much louder than the Greddy....just barely noticeable....
and actually the tanabe on the 2k civic are louder than the 2k1 civics....IMO
