Has anybody order from www.asylumms.com before? I had place an order at that site a week ago nothing has been process. They have my order and payment info on file, but nothing has been done. I tried contacting them on phone and email but I couldn't reach anyone. Is this site a fraud? Does anyone have advice for what I should do or can do?

sorry bud...you really should research more before you buy online. asylumms has been covered on here QUITE a bit. and everyone says theyre a bad place to do business with...plus they have a number of complaints w/ BBB.
dont know what to tell you...hope for the best, but youre pretty screwed. if you can cancell your order and tell your credit card not to pay them youre still in good shape. or cancell your check. otherwise, sux for you. sorry bud

That site took forever to process orders all the time and you would never able to reach them. Don't worry they will process it but you just have to wait.

I ordered my kaminari wing from there eh, a little under a year ago I guess. I didnt hear from them either, and i tried callin them and writing them and didnt get any response. But i did get my wing a few weeks later out of the blue. I was pretty pissed and was gettin scared I got ripped off, but at least I got it. good luck. like dacivic said, it'll just take some time.
