Need help asap

I have a few questions, i searched and didnt find anything and didnt feel like searching anymore so im gonna just ask it,

What are some good bolt on mufflers that require no welding, and sound good not too loud, but nice and deep.

Will a DC Sports Strut Tower bar fit with an AEM SRI.

Last question what would i have to do to my car to take 150 shot of nitrous safely

I just joined this site recently, so I am not sure how it really works.

I just bought a 2003 DX (5 speed manual) but it has NO TACHOMETER!

Is it possible to replace the speedometer screen thing that I have now with one that includes a tach and, if so, where can I find this new one? I have looked at ebay and modacar.com but can't find anything yet. Maybe I just need to know the part number for a different 7th gen model and I could maybe order it from Honda directly? I don't know?!?!? Please help me.

Thanks a lot...

I believe the question was already answered in a different forum. It would be cheaper to install an Aftermarket tach and mount it then replace the cluster.

As for the topic question--- I would recomend the Tanabe exhaust or Greddy for direct bolt on but many of the catbacks are all bolt on and no modification will be needed but i prefer the Tanabe over all. The N02 shot you would need some major internal work and basically bullewtproofing your internals to handle that shot. I believe the DC bar will fit with the AEM SRI but i would recomend calling DC sports and getting an answer
Hope this helps

reddragon has the answers. except I dont think there are just bolt on mufflers, you will probably need an axle back if you don't want to weld. With just general muffler i believe you have to cut the stock pipe and weld the muffler on, but with axle backs they will bolt on right near your control arm. And damn I would not be running a 150 shot of nitrous on a D17 even if you found a way to bulletproof it. most 4 cylinder engines that aren't completely redone can't handle such high shots. Safetly the D17 can handle a 50 shot, maybe 65 if you are lucky. It is recommended you only use 35-55 shots or you will "blow the welds off your intake manifold!" haha but since our intake manifold is plastic you run the risk of breaking it into a million pieces or causing some serious detonation.

bolt on i was refering to catbacks or axel backs( i thought thats what you meant i misread my bad), If your just wanting a muffler your gonna have to weld it.

Agreed. I love my neuspeed. I have heard complaints of the DC bar coming loose because it is a 3-piece unit instead of the single piece that neuspeed makes.

Yes there are bolt on mufflers. They are called "axle backs" or "rear sections". They bolt right up to the resonator.

Neuspeed strut bar is the best and also clears any intake.

On the nitrous. Anything bigger than a 50 or maybe 75 shot will need internal engine mods. Safest bet is 50 shot. Want to go 150 shot? I dunno, but probably crank, rods, pistons, heads, valves, TB, fuel pump, modded ECU, and maybe some other stuff.
