i forgot, I use to have one, what i dont like about those is that
you cannot clean the front hood (covered part) unless you take
it out, clean the hood and put it back again.....

Dude are you serious? I thought a factor spoiler was US$600 extra? You didn't pay that extra money just to get a bug deflector, did you?

whoah! those are really cheap prices for the 200/300 i was quoted at the ready honda at dundas (mississauga)... which dealers did you guyz buy the deflectors from?

i'm planning to get one since i've noticed a whole load of rock chips on my hood and i hope the deflector would prevent this... the defloctor also gives a somewhat sporty look to the sedan

I believe 3M makes an invisible bug deflector, which consists of this clear plastic overlay that, once installed, becomes completely transparent. It was discussed here a while back.

yaaaaay! just got back from mississauga honda, bought the generic hood deflector thingy for 99.99 (thanks again Heylerds!) anywayz, for an extra 40bux you can get the OEM "Civic" one but i don't think it's worth-it, they both look exactly the same except that the OEM one has "civic" printed on the front left part

just installed it and it looks great! it's also pretty easy to remove, just 4 screws!
