Piaa Problems
Piaa Problems
I have the TYC black projector headlight and i have a set of piaa super plasma H1's that are 5000k and the 168's that i have are piaa super plasma;s also but they were 4500k and they look differently. The H1s are slightly purple and the 168's are slightly blue
now i dont understand what i should do. anyone know of any piaa 168's that are purplish? the plasma blue's are 5000k but they are plasma BLUE NOW i'm really lost because i thought the K rating was supposed to be a specific color but that's impossible to have a 5000k purple and a 5000k blue.....isnt it. HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELP

I say switch to Sylvania Silverstars...they are so freaking bright, it's not even funny. Not blue or purple, just straight out white light...highbeams is ridiculous...but as always, aftermarket sucks in the snow or rain

PIAA's are like the best bulbs out there, make sure not to touch the bulb. I've got PIAA's everywhere and never burnt a bulb (knock on wood!) I got the extreme white H1's and h3's in my projectors and also got the 7443's and 168's I for my corner lights, it looks tight as hell!
