Thermal R&D/Tanabe Super Racing

OK here's the deal. I have a Thermal R&D catback installed and i want the tanabe super racing. Does anyone know if the pipes are the same diameter and if the muffler will come off easily or would there have to be cutting involved to swap mufflers only.

Is the rest of the piping the same? As far as material, sound, HP gains? Or should i just try to swap the whole system for someone else's whole system<------In Marketplace Froum Now

I am guessing that swapping would be my best bet but if i cant find anyone then i'd like to know the other information.
THANKS in advance

AEMcivic is an unknown quantity at this point
Swapping would be best. To swap just the muffler you'd have to cut the pipe behind the old muffler and re-weld the new one in place. You can bring it to a muffler shop and have it done for about 30 or 40 bucks prolly.

RedDragon333 will become famous soon enough
your best bet is to swap oput the whole system. Tanabes whole system provides the gains not just the muffler. plus ive never seen just the muffler for sale. Tanabes diameter is 2.25 if you decide to swap out mufflers but it would be better to sell the system you have now and go with the full catback rather than the mufffler, your car tho
