its just a generic picture nopi uses....
its too much hassle for those sites to list every single parts and their respective picture... so... this is something people generally do.. I hate it. heh.
there's a few sites out there that have actual product image though. they're cool
remember to order a o2 simulator if you're going for the hp race header. its about 50 bucks at http://www.diabloautosports.com

you have a LX? yeah you'll need to do both then.
well, you can ignore the o2 sim but you'll get ur check engine light eventually... and the ECU wont be getting the correct fuel map...
you'll get an opt performance if you go with the o2 sim.
and yeah the header isn't legal, but who cares i guess.

ok thanks... also does anyone know of any good aftermarket sway bars that are EX style and will fit with this header and cat? and what are the thicknesses of the stock ex sway bar, rsx sway bar (i heard this might work), and a aftermarket one??
o ya the o2 sim is made by ECG and is like 49.99 or something like that?

If you have an ex, the 2nd o2 sensor can just be "unhitched" and extended, no wire splicing. You get the check engine light after 2 long trips because the ecu isn't smart enough to recognize the change right away...I got my check engine light after the 2nd long trip, reset it...got it after the second long trip again...and i left it for about a week and the light went off...I was going to get the sim from diablo the day it shut off so im pretty psyched on that...saved me 50bux. So if you get a check engine light let it ride for about a week and see if it goes off, might save you 50 bux...
would i need any special products to extend the o2 sensor wire?
and do you recomend the chrome steel (pt no. 251-1072) or the ceramic finish (pt no. 251-1071)?
haha i have so many questions, but i guess its better than buying the wrong thing

So is nopi the cheapest place then? And i emailed that guy with the HP header and the exhaust for sale with the "claimed" 32HP gain he said he still has it and is willing to part with it for the low low price of $350 FIRM! I nicely replied with a

it was 280 shipped, which is a damn good price. You can extend the o2 sensor wire for the cat by just unclipping the wire from the "harness" you will see once you are under the car. The wire is "held up" by a clip, you can just undo it and get the extra few inches needed to put the sensor in place. I suggest unclipping the sensors from the car completely, take the header/cat off with the sensors still on them. Then take them off on your work bench (trust me) and then put them on your new parts before putting them on the car. This is ensure a tight fit (it's alot easier in hand then when your under the car). Then just re-connect the wires after you hang the cat/header =)
nope, it's that easy..and to answer your previous question, i think they only make the 4-1 race w/ hi flo cat in chrome...chrome changes color after well mine changed after i took it around the block =) ceramic will crack after a few years but maintains a nice look.. (not that the chrome doesnt look nice..it just turns blue..purple orange...it's pretty sweet)
all your preference...
all your preference...
ok i ordered the chrome because i didnt want to have to replace the ceramic after a few years...
now i think i gotta find a front sway bar that fits... im just going to get the stock EX one, but can anyone confirm that i need this part to fit the header on my LX?

well you wouldn't have to replace the ceramic one, it just cracks..the shell, but i like the chrome better personally. Good choice and good luck. I dont know much about the LX's so i cant help you there, i haven't heard anything about there being a fitment issue with the header on the LX. I was under the impression that the exhaust will not fit over the rear sway bar...but that's all i know. goodluck
