Rep Power: 0 OEM Style Black Housing Headlights
I was wondering if anyone on this site has these and whether or not they've had any problems with them? I just got mine in today and installed them and there is a weird raindbowish reflection when light hits it a certain way... Also wondering about fitting the blinker and parking bulbs in. I had a little trouble getting them to stay in. I'm wondering about fogging also...

Rep Power: 0 yeah I got those from racerwheel.com, at first I thought they were black chrome but it's not as shiny as I thought they would be. The bulbs didn't fit quite like I wanted them to, they kept falling out, so I used a little plumber's putty and never had a problem since, I also threw some amber colored bulbs in for the blinker, they look nice now. I have that same rainbow tint on my headlamps as well, I grew to love the rainbow so...
They do fog up sometimes like after it rained and I guess it starts to evaporate, it gets in there, I donno, maybe it was the way I installed them, but other than that I'm plzed with them.

I got them from Tornactive.com....
Come to find they're actually gunmetal, not black. *sigh*
I'm getting so irritated with the competency of internet business when it comes to car parts.
Not only are they NOT as advertised, but they're also defective.

Hopefully Rob from Tornactive.com doesn't give me any crap and swaps the headlight assembly quickly and painlessly. I don't have the patience for this crap anymore.

I got mine from tornactive & I had to get them aligned. Also I haven't had any problems with them fogging. The alignment cost $20.

Rep Power: 0 What do you mean "aligned" ? Did you see what the guy did?? Was he just messing with some screws that hold down the headlight? Where did you bring it to get that done?

BTW, make sure you keep an eye out for fogging and let us know if you had any problems with fogging. Today is the first day it's rained since I've had those headlights and the left headlight COMPLETELY fogged up. I mean the whole inside of it is covered in fog. The right headlight fogs at night when it's not raining and the left fogs when it is raining... bah... What a waste of money.

You have to get them aligned. I took my car to Mr. Tire to get mine aligned. You can take it to any place that does inspections to get them aligned.
