well both wont give u much HP at all..
maybe HP racing header + cat. should give you more hp than cai..
either way, dont expect any HP boost from header or cai.

Boilermaker1 is a splendid one to behold

Just remember, you can't blow out any more than you suck in. Put the CAI in. You aren't going to see too much gain from either mod, the header will only help with a high flow cat.

CAI......sounds really nice.....either AEM, Injen, or K&N FIPK.....I have the AEM.....best growl for the dollar....but it is up to you on the 3.....they all do the same thing[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/IMG]
