K20 engine swap just to damn hard and expensive....with the amount of money you've be wasting on it, you can trade your civic for a RSX type S...and you'd be sure to have power steeging on your RSX with K20....

The one on ebay is reserved for $5000, unless you're talking about the one with no pictures, that sounds pretty damn shady if you ask me. You can get it from hondawerx.com, or find a junked RSX-S and make a deal for the salvage title. There's a few options, but you're basically looking at a nice $8K expense ticket for this swap. I'd love to have a 6-speed civic with i-VTEC, but you can get a lot more power for the money ...

Peace

I just bought the rsx type-s engine on ebay. I'm waiting for the hasport mounts now. They said they'll be selling them in nov. They're also going to display their civic in the sema show.

True that man, I wish an engine swap was more plug and play. Its pretty tough now. Why Honda, Why???!!! It will probably get easier in time though. Its just that there aren't many engines available now (too new - not enough wrecks). Plus not many people have done it so there isn't too much in depth how-to as compared to the B series swaps of previous gens. Look forward to parts coming out eventually to help. But still, it'll never be as easy as a B series swap.
