No more APC taillights?!?!

I can't find them anywhere anymore!!!

I thought I read somewhere there was a recall on them. Does anyone know where I can find them?

I think any recalls were long time ago when the lights didn't meet DOT standards on account of not having side marker reflectors.

Check out this Google search for APC Tail Lights

Google search.

MY APC CF's been on for a year now. They fit fine, no leaky, look great. I'm still looking for all those problems some of the members warned about. Haven't found the problems yet.

I've tried eBay... No luck. They used to be so easy to find... I remember because I looked for them a few months back.

I thought the guy started the thread to find APC, not to find out what you boys think they are made of. Not a lot of help, is it?

It's cool. Yeah, that google search helped. I tried it myself but I typed "taillights" instead of "tail lights". Didn't get many hits. Anyway, I found a place locally that will sell them so I want to compare prices.

When you get them make sure you align the gasket properly. There are also some small holes in the car boty were the pins on the lights line up. There are little plastic plugs in these holes. Make sure they are in there before putting in the lights. Then push the light housings in and make sure they are fitting ok. Finally tighten the bolts that hold the lights in slowly and just snugly. Not too tight as it seems some have cracked the lights by tightening too tight. Snug them down all the same all around. I don't think you'll have any problems.
