its final exhaust decision time.

I am ordering my exhaust tomarrow and i need your help. Its either gonna be The Skunk2 Mega Power catback or The DC Sports TCS catback.

I want loud but not too loud. I have a AEM CAI and as you know who have one its quite loud. i wanna be able to hear the exhaust over the intake but i don't want it to be rediculous. I wanted your opinions as of which one of the 2 i shoule get.

Thanks

i am in the same boat as you are. I am not sure whether to get the dc sports or skunk2 but after my review i plan on getting the dc sports becasue the tcs looks so much better than any other exhaust out on the market. so my choice is dc sports but i am trying to buy a used one to save money but speedandstyle sells theres for like $500 shipped to your door with the discount.

WTF??! Do you even KNOW wtf you're talking about, newb?

Fact is, all these 3 systems are very close and it's really a personal decision based on overall loudness and tone with YOUR mods, as well as styling.

Hawk: Just remember, whatever you get, you will have to either live with it, or go through the hastle and expense of replacing it...

That said, based on your requirements, the TCS would fit the bill.

hey man go with the skunk2. I have it and I love it. It looks good and it sounds loud especially when u tke the silence out holy hell. Everyone says I have the loudest civic around. so that is all i can say I have heard the tcs and it is pretty quiet but loud enough when ur at full throttle. So that is what i suggest. But u have to decide on ur own man. becuase I know u dont want to waste ur money on something then regret buying it. But I'm saying go with skunk2 and they a much better flow rate then the dc beause the piping is bigger.

I got my thermal on and it sounds nice. It sounds deep with my AEM CAI. I will hopefully post a video on the exhaust tomorrow.

I have skunk2 and i love it but be careful... with the OEM real lip it will rub right up against it and melt the paint right off. so watch out.... but i could feel soooooo much difference with my skunk2 and it sounds sweet.

I like the way the TCS sounds but I don't like the way it looks...

I have Skunk2... with an intake you can still hear more engine than exhaust even though the Skunk2 is kinda loud.

I've never heard the TCS in person unfortunately but the sound clips overall make it the best sounding exhaust if you want a sport bike sound. If you want deep, go Skunk2... *especially* over GReddy.

If you look at TCS from the back its not bad looking. But when look at it from the side, you can see that twin canister and it doesn't look good at all. Anyone know where I can get SKUNK2 exhaust for a good price?

skunk2, enough said. tcs just ain't loud enough for me, plus the i don't like the twin canister look. skunk2 just looks clean, loud, deep. no buzzing sound from this d17.

I can't hear my AEM CAI at all. Maybe I'm used to it and can't remember what it sounded like before...
