installed denso spark plugs and k&n filter

i just installed denso iridium spark plugs and the drop in k&n air filter. this combination is great, especially if you have an automatic. before i had these parts i didnt really like driving my civic. but now its a joy to drive with the added performance.

Im kinda surprised you noticed enough to enjoy driving. Thas cool
How was installation of the plugs? Did you jus turn till it felt snug? It's pre-gapped for Honda cars right. or did you have to gap it?
Thanks!

Since you in the Bay Area...

How much did you get the spark plugs for? (Each AND priced together)

And WHERE did you get them? I was about to drop about $40 or so into them but I couldn't find them... resulting in me getting some GC Coils but I still want some.

ak can only hope to improve
i heard the plugs just make the engine idle smoother, and increase gas mileage. That's about it...

That plug looks pretty normal actually.

Anyhow, I definately think the plugs are worth it. I got the ik16 densos and can definately tell a difference now that I have spent a little time with them. My mpg looks like it has increased by a good bit as well.

Chose from different heat ranges:

#16 = Daily driving / street race

#20 = Street & strip / bolt ons

#22 = NOS / Turbo / Strip / High Perf.
