Oem Hood

Does anyone know around how much it would be to get our hood painted, or how much a brand new OEM hood costs. Do those come painted? I know the OEM kit does. I'm assuming it would come painted from the factory.

Get it paint need around 250-350 depend how good the shop is. The hood itself cost probably around 200. It shouldn't come painted.
I hope that help!

I've heard a lot of bad crap about Carbon Fiber hoods. If I wanted a good one ( oem style ) that fits _PROPERLY_ where could I go and how much would I pay?

it the bodyshop manual... an OEM hood from dealer is $319.00 and it does not come painted. If you bring it to a good body shop... they will charge you around $200-$250 to paint... so do the math!

He's very reputable. I ordered my RSX-S rear anti-sway bar from him and I got it less than TWO weeks later!

Two weeks? Damn that's a long time. I really don't think I'll need a new hood altogether. I hit a mailbox pipe last night and basically just scuffed and scratched a small portition of my hood. One of the dents is actually IN a little though. Hopefully that can be banged out, but it is small. If I can bang that out, than I just need the hood repainted. Here are some crappy pictures of the damage. My camera wouldn't focus because of the lighting, so I had to use my hand. It still looks like crap... Anyway, it may help a little.
