i know everybody on this site is saying nuespeed, dc sports, skunk2... r all good brands for strut bars, but has anybody bought a neo strut bar, or how about the one for twenty something dollars in the parts section of this site, do the cheap strut bars not work and r only for show? or do they work but not as good as the nuespeed...etc. i am aware that the cheap strut bars will not allow me to fit an intake but i am fine with that. thanks everybody

I have the $20 ones off e-bay and they function just fine. The real suspsension mods that make a difference are poly bushings and good linear rate springs.

do u notice a big difference with the $20 ones, caue i went to a store and the guy said that the cheap ones dont work and they r only for show

i would think that all the good ones are solid one peice designs.. such as the nuespeed.. i see everyone elses design.. is really 3 peices.. hence having 2 main conecting joints.. this allows for more chance of flexing under heavy cornering situations... (im sure half the ppl that buy them are ever in these situations constantly.. aka autox).. so i suggest spending the extra money and ge ta nice nuespeed one..

side note.. the way the nuespeed's bar is designed it will alow all intakes to fit with ti installed
