You can make your own. You will need to make a ring of LEDs(any color you want). You have to play around with 12 volts. So use resistors and have fun with it. A science store will help you get all the supplies you need. A plastic tube, a ring, and sometime you can have one for yourself. Or you can go to ebay and buy one $230.

I've seen those up close and personal, but in chrome...I can't begin to express how AMAZING these lamps look!

I've seen these guys in person.
They're D.O.T. legal, so long as you don't use the blue beam. The blue circle has its own plug, tho, so you don't have to use it if you don't want.
You have to hook them up to their own relay/switch, which is no big deal.
So...just don't use the blue circle and they're legal. if you're lazy, this shouldn't be a problem, cuz otherwise, they just plug right in [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/IMG]
