i dont see why not. the ex cai will fit on a dx/lx or ex...so yeah..it should..dont think anything will be different from the canadian and american version civics.

Uh, I'm not sure, but you might not wanna get the EX one.

the Dx\Lx one is a two peice thingy, and the second peice connects out of sight. Whereas the Ex (Our Si) has a cut in it near the fusebox (around there)...

The Dx\Lx one is built for our car, and is really easy to install...I guess they all are, but if I had a choice, I'd go with the Dx\Lx version.
