i recently cleared my headlights and as an extra precaution i used extra extra amonuts of silicone becuase the first time i did it lots of moisture went inside. on top of my headlight is alot of caulk so if i were to install eyelids on my headlight would it cover up the top part of the headlight at all where the clear plastic meets the black housing????

The eyelids are only going to cover the edge of the headlight where the rubber weather guard touches from the hood.
