can't help you with that one, but welcome to the site
before you start getting flamed by some people try going to the "tech forum" or the "Other Products and Parts" and do a search... there is a lot on useful information on this site concerning our cars... and a lot of useless information concerning everything else

I have the Magnaflow exhaust and it's wonderful. Doesn't sound whiney like a lot of them do, and it's given me noticable gas mileage improvement in the 2 weeks I've had it on.
For an intake, it depends on your transmission style. If you have an auto, get either the injen or AEM Short Ram Intake (SRI) since it has better gains over the cold air. But, if you're running the 5-speed, then get the CAI of either of those. Some other good brands are the Weapon-R, and I think there's a few more if you look in the shopping section up above.

I added a hayame and it sounds really deep and loud, not whiney like some I have heard. Make sure to cut off the resonator to make your exhaust louder. The resonator is the wider pipe right before your stock exhaust.
