most local shops have mangaflow mufflers. I guess people have to spend the 300 for the actual bolt on.

Ok, my decision on getting a new cat-back is getting close now.
Why is the Magnaflow about 150-200 cheaper than the DC sports TCS ? The HP gains are about the same ( not enough that is [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/IMG] ), and the Magna is a bit louder. So that leaves quality. Is DC that much better or just a more expensive brand ? And if there's not much difference, why would I spend the extra 150-200 ? TCS is a more radical design, thats true. What about the clearance at the tip with the OEM spoiler and heat problems for both ?

I'm getting my Magnaflow put on tomorrow, and from what I've read, they're very similar. The only thing is you're paying more for the DC Sports name, and it might be a little better quality (little). I'm sure somebody, perhaps a huge DCS fan, will contradict or flame me, but that's just what I've read on other posts.
Oh, and the latest Magnaflow group buy is over, but if u call John he might still give you the deal. He's a very nice guy to talk to, quite helpful ..
