Hey guys I was lookin just for some personal opinions on what to go for as far as projectors. I have a black 2k1 civic with oem kit and I wanna put some new projectors in. I was lookin at the black TYC and the APC black w/ Blue ion projectors. Which ones do you like better? also any new suggestions would be cool too. Thanks. Take it easy.

if i had to pick between the two, i'd get the apc black projectors w/ blue ion.. not really into those tyc projectors, they look poorly made.. just my opinion

I'd go with the TYC. The have more of a stealth look, while I think the APC's just look cheap, with the little black piece across the front. . . just my interpretation, but Idunno: YOU be the judge.

I have TYC and they look awesome on the black civic. I get compliments all the time.
Do yourself a favor and get TYC's. The other one's are very cheap lookin.

People actually prefer the APCs over the TYC projectors? Well, you're free to your own opinion I guess. From what I've heard, the quality of the TYCs are much better...
I think that the APCs look cheap myself. There's just no space inside of those things. It looks like hollow plastic to me.

Anyhow, you forgot option number 3. The new projectors that we're just starting to see on eBay. The angel eyes/halo projectors. I'd include a link to the pics, but just do a search on eBay. They look similar to the TYCs only better IMO. Bigger lenses. But I can't tell if there's an orange reflector on them. [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/IMG]

I'd go for option 3 but I just bought some TYCs.

i've got Black TYC Projectors on my EBP coupe and they are so sweet man....they'd look even cooler on black civics IMO. they are so tight looking on my car, and distinct, that the security guards here at NIH in Bethesda MD have stopped me [and pulled me out of the car] to ask where i got them (these are middle aged black guys that are into modifying their Accord/Civics [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/IMG])...lol.....i think that says a lot! heh

be a man and do some custom work, go to a scrap yark and get a pair of a beemer..now those are SICK....automatic leveling?!?!?
some one on this sight had it done.....thats what i would do...and I will do it eventually....headlights arent a priority though....can you say racing medallion....

I say you get the Angel Projectors, the ones with tha' halo.... IMO they'll look good on your car

yeahhhh angel prjectors are some phat looking headlights i must say
