oem kit owners

quick question, does the oem rear body kit exhaust opening match up with the stock indentation on the bumber of our civics. I have a magnaflow catback and want to add the oem kit but am afraid that it might melt being closer to the exhaust. any input would help =0

As for the fitment question...yes, it does have a matching indentation for the exhaust and only adds about 1/16" to 1/8" to it--the thickness of the skirt material.
You still need to hang the muffler at least 1/4" from it to avoid melting the soft material.

You can also get some protective film to shield the area from heat:

i had a problem. the magflow seems to look like it has clearance, but it rattles occasionally on my bumper. well, i did have the exhaust slightly customized, but still.. not that much clearance to begin with [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-frown.gif[/IMG]
