This is a simple question... since the maganflow cat-back exhaust system seems to be the favorite on this site, does anyone know if it is 50-state legal? I did a search and even checked magnaflow's web site and couldn't find this answer... Thanks in advance.

I wouldnt say EVERYONE likes that system. It sounds ok, but as far as quality goes, there are better. Wait until more companies come out with better systems.

I would think that the system is 50 state legal. The single biggest issue associated with exhaust systems is the amount of noise they produce. The mag is one of, if not the quietest, exhaust systems on the market.

As far as quality goes, the pipes could be better and have flanged connections instead of pipes that slide into each other and use u-bolts to seal. However, those pipes will still be in damn fine shape when someones vic gets crushed in the junkyard. The muffler is of very high quality. I can't find any fault with it in itself as far as quality goes.

A lot of members have the system because it is a quality system at a great price. Remember that straight-throught systems with mandrel bends can pretty much be considered equal.

For the price i dont think u can do better and yeah its quiet so it shouldnt attract unwanted cop attention
