Anyone ever done this?

Does anyone remember the infomercial on the tornado fuel saver? Does that thing really work? Oh yea has anyone combined that with an aftermarket intake like a injen short ram or cold air intake and noticed any big difference?

Ya it seems like crap. I could probably install a cylindrical fan in my injen intake and have the tornado affect. thanks guys
