Rep Power: 0 Oil leak 98 honda civic ex
Hey all. I just changed my water pump and after about 8hrs I was putting it back together. As I put the valve cover on and started it. I noticed oil coming from a spot by the air intake right behind and just under the valve cover on the passenger side. Three 10mm bolts hold it on. Any idea what it's called? There is a little canister on the top of this gadget and bolted to the engine. Thanks in advance. 98 civic ex

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one

VTEC valve (and solenoid) probably needs a set of fresh gaskets.
Honda part numbers
15825-P2M-005 (between valve and head)
36172-P08-015 (between solenoid and valve)
