What is this?
I have a 2011 Civic EX-L. I found what appears to be a small tear drop shaped access door on the floor on the driver's side. I cannot find where it belongs.
It is about 2-1/2" x 1-1/4". On the back it has 4313-1XXX at the top. It has a 4 pane window below that with >PP< in the top left, Honda in the top right, SNE in the lower left and LH3 in the lower right. WTH???

It kinda sounds like the small insert that goes behind the inner door handle to cover up the screws.

Bless you, ezone -screw cover under inner handle is exactly what it is! Mystery solved....thank you soooo much.
