help! please, rebuilt engine and crank pulley wont fit!

I have a 95 civic ex with d16z6, spun a rod bearing and I rebuilt it myself at 18 lol. I have put it all back together and got it back in the car the crank gear fit nicely and the timing belt did as well, its the 24mm snout crank just like the old one and now all of a sudden the crank pulley wont go on the new crank and its the same size as old one, everything else fit nicely on the crank but the pulley, the bolt fits as well, any suggestions. please help? I greatly appreciate it I have been trying to fix this for 3 weeks and just wana drive it.

Did you mike the snouts of both cranks? Both exactly the same size where your pulley has to fit?

Check the hole size of the crank pulley?

Rust on the crank or pulley?
