Rep Power: 0 Well an anti sway bar is something completely different than an upper strut bar. I would actually recommened getting both, depending on if you want to increase or decrease your over or understeer, which will determine if you get rear or front of either.
On my Civic, I have a DC Sports front upper strut bar, a DC Sports rear lower tie bar, an Acura RSX Type S 19mm rear anti sway bar, and I have on order a DC Sports rear upper strut bar. Also looking for an upgraded front anti sway bar as well. These parts compliment my Koni struts, Ground Control coilovers and my Ingalls camber kits. Car handles VERY nicely.

Rep Power: 0 I purchased front and rear strut bars. I got a very noticable difference in cornering! It was well worth $50 for the set. Bang for the buck wise, I'd say definately go for it!

Rep Power: 343 depends on ur handling preferences.
suspension tunning is, for most part, striving for neutral handling...
anti-sway bars, depending on if you're getting front or rear, and depending on its thickness, will yield different results. they not over create oversteer or understeer, they factor in other driving charactertistic too.
do a research on it.
upper strut bar is mainly to prevent chassis flex.
know what kind of handling u want, and then go for the right suspension setup.
